About the event
What better place to move, connect, and play then outside? In this two hour kids yoga session we will move through games that help build trust and group cohesion before splitting up to do fun partner yoga poses and games. We will finish our day with a short mindfulness activity and an inspired craft. Nature teach understands that every body is different and no one group the same, so the class will a co-created yoga adventure.
